3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 days after placing the order. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, sales, or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages
PAARS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the order as delivered. If your package is lost or stolen, please get in touch with the delivery partner directly or contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
10. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Provide opening video and photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund based on our Return and Refund Policy.
